Trusted. Verified. Accountable.
We believe transparency and accountability are essential to creating lasting social impact.
Certifications & Recognition
Our registrations and certifications
Issued by the authorities named on each document. Open any card to read the original.
Documents being prepared. No registration or certification is published here yet. CLAPS Society’s official documents will appear in this section once they have been uploaded and checked against the originals — we would rather show nothing than show something we have not verified.
What we will publish here
Society Registration
Registrar of Societies — The founding registration under which CLAPS Society is constituted and operates.
Permanent Account Number (PAN)
Income Tax Department — The organisation’s PAN, quoted on every donation receipt we issue.
12A / 12AB Registration
Income Tax Department — Registration governing the income-tax treatment of the organisation’s own income.
80G Approval
Income Tax Department — Approval under Section 80G, which determines whether eligible donors may claim a deduction on qualifying donations, and at which category.
CSR-1 Registration
Ministry of Corporate Affairs — Registration required to receive CSR contributions from companies.
FCRA Registration
Ministry of Home Affairs — Required before any foreign contribution may be accepted. Include only if held.
Only registrations CLAPS Society actually holds will be listed. Any item that does not apply will be removed rather than left blank.
How we handle this page
Three rules we publish alongside the documents
Transparency is only meaningful if the rules behind it are visible too.
Nothing is listed unless we hold it
This page shows only registrations and certifications CLAPS Society actually holds. Items that do not apply are removed, not left blank or implied.
Every entry links to its document
Each card carries the issuing authority, the number as printed, and the original document — so you can check it rather than take our word for it.
Expiry is shown, not hidden
Where a registration has a validity period, the expiry date is displayed. If something lapses it is marked expired rather than quietly removed.
Planning a donation and want to check a specific registration first? Ask us and we will send the relevant document directly — get in touch.
