Impact
What we have done, and how we know.
Numbers matter, but only if they mean something. Here is what we count, and what each figure does and does not claim.
Our Impact
Change you can count.
We publish what we do and what it adds up to, because trust is built on evidence rather than adjectives.

Provisional
Provisional figures. Numbers marked provisional are placeholders awaiting confirmation against CLAPS Society’s own records. They are shown here so the section can be reviewed, and will be replaced with verified statistics before launch.
How we measure
Three rules for our numbers
Written down so they can be checked against what we publish.
- 1
We count what we can evidence
A figure appears here only when it can be traced to an attendance record, a project log or a partner’s confirmation. If we cannot show the working, we do not publish it.
- 2
We separate reach from outcome
"People reached" describes how many took part. It is not the same as lives changed, and we do not present it as though it were.
- 3
We report the gaps too
Programmes that did not work are as instructive as the ones that did. Our reporting includes what we stopped doing and why.
Figures on this page are provisional. They are placeholders included so the page can be designed and reviewed. Before launch each one will be replaced with a verified number from CLAPS Society’s own records, and the "provisional" labels will disappear on their own once the team marks each statistic as confirmed in the admin.
Annual reports and audited accounts will be published here once available, so that anyone can check our numbers against the underlying documents.
